Paul Sallach
Meet our team

Just like a flight crew, our team members have distinct roles, but we all work together towards a smooth and successful operation.

Paul & Lindsay Sallach

Paul and Lindsay Sallach, the dynamic duo behind All In Aviation, kicked off their aviation journey at the University of North Dakota - the top spot for aviation studies globally, where they both bagged degrees in commercial aviation.

In 2009, they decided to shake things up and moved to Las Vegas. Here, Paul dived into selling pre-owned aircraft with Lone Mountain Aircraft Sales, and together, they began their family adventure.

Fast forward to today, and Paul’s notched up over 650 aircraft deals and still rocks the scene as a top aircraft sales broker.

Their big leap came in June 2016 when they launched All In Aviation, followed by an ambitious project in 2017.

They started working on a massive 5-acre, 26-hangar development at Henderson Executive Airport, which they opened in 2020, introducing Henderson’s first-ever pilot shop.

Paul’s hard work and vision have earned him a bunch of awards and recognition, like being named 2020's "Small Business Person of the Year" for Nevada by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and landing a spot in Vegas Inc's "40 Under 40" in 2021, highlighting the top 40 influencers in Las Vegas.

Paul and Lindsay are super pumped to bring modern, cutting-edge, high-performance aircraft to All In Aviation's clients, aiming to boost their business and lifestyle with the awesome benefits of personal aviation.
